 All of our weekly meetings and committee meetings are already scheduled, but anything other than that needs to be scheduled through the our Unit Charter Representative, Kelly Doggett: kelly@doggettfamily.net

This includes any Board of Reviews or Merit Badge meetings that are scheduled.  Scouts may be asked to stay outside before a 7:00 PM Troop meeting if not already reserved.   We need to make sure that the Church knows if anybody from Troop 52 will be anywhere at the church.

Troop 52 Scoutmaster

When dropping off your scouts for a Troop meeting ... they should enter the building immediately and not loiter in the parking lot.

When picking up your scouts from a Troop meeting ... they should remain in the building until you've arrived.

These are safety issues that both Lakeway Church and the Troop Leadership agree on, otherwise Lakeway Church will insist that when you drop off or pick up your scout you will have to physically walk him in and out and we want to avoid this.
