All of our weekly meetings and committee meetings are already scheduled, but anything other than that needs to be scheduled through the Emmaus web site at http://www.emmausparish.org/facility-request
This includes any Board of Reviews or Merit Badge meetings that are scheduled. Scouts may be asked to stay outside before a 7:00 PM Troop meeting if not already reserved. We need to make sure that the Church knows if anybody from Troop 52 will be anywhere at the church.

Emmaus includes projectors in the Parish Hall and Bat Cave and you just need an HDMI (female connection) for Parish hall and for Bat Cave on your laptop or adapter to connect to the HDMI for the projector. Video input locations:

When dropping off your scouts for a Troop meeting ... they should enter the building immediately and not loiter in the parking lot.
When picking up your scouts from a Troop meeting ... they should remain in the building until you've arrived.
Scouts should NOT be on the second floor of the PLC (Parish Life Center aka the Great Hall.)
These are safety issues that both Emmaus and the Troop Leadership agree on, otherwise Emmaus will insist that when you drop off or pick up your scout you will have to physically walk him in and out and we want to avoid this.
